We're thrilled to be hosting a wine dinner to support the Caroline Symmes Cancer Endowment on Sunday, March 3! This is a four-course menu with wine pairings prepared by Chef Braedon Kellner. Tickets are $150 per person, and you can reserve your spot by visiting carolinesymmes.org, or by calling 317.809.8534. The Caroline Symmes Endowment for Pediatric Cancer Research was created by David & Libby Symmes in memory of their daughter. Caroline was five years old when cancer ended her life. Out of her tragedy, this endowment was born to fund research at Riley Children’s Health and inspire hope in future pediatric patients and their families. We hope you can join us!

Ohh boy!! The smell of fresh White Alba Truffles is overwhelming! Chef Braedon's favorite white poodle, Rambo, was busy this past weekend in Italy finding truffles for us to use! 🍄🐩
This weekend we will be featuring beautiful Uni with Maine lobster and Truffles! Chef Braedon is making hand made Tagliatelle that will be tossed in an Uni Cream Sauce with Butter Poached Lobster, and Fresh Shaved Truffles. What’s not to love about that trio?!?
